Getting StartedMint CYRUS

Mint CYRUS

CYRUS tokens are sold through a quadratic bonding curve — a smart contract on TON that sells tokens at a price that rises as more are sold. This means early participants get more tokens per TON spent.

Prerequisites: You need a TON wallet with TON in it before you can mint.

How the Bonding Curve Works

The price follows a quadratic formula:

price(s) = $0.01 + $0.99 * (s / 400,000,000)^2

Where s is the number of tokens already sold. This creates a predictable, transparent pricing curve:

Tokens SoldPrice per TokenCumulative Raise
0$0.01$0
40M (10%)~$0.02~$400K
100M (25%)~$0.07~$3.3M
200M (50%)~$0.26~$17.5M
300M (75%)~$0.56~$49M
400M (100%)$1.00~$100M

Why a Bonding Curve?

  • Fair distribution — No whitelists, no tier systems, no insider access. The same contract, the same rules for everyone.
  • Predictable pricing — The price is set by math, not market makers. You can see exactly what you’ll pay before you buy.
  • Rewards early conviction — First participants pay less, but anyone can participate at any time.
  • Continuous availability — No launch windows, no FOMO-inducing countdowns. Buy when you’re ready.

Step-by-Step: Minting CYRUS

1. Visit cyrus.gold

Open cyrus.gold  in your browser (desktop) or in Tonkeeper’s built-in browser (mobile).

Using Tonkeeper’s browser: Open Tonkeeper → tap the Browser tab at the bottom → type cyrus.gold in the address bar. This connects your wallet automatically.

2. Connect Your Wallet

Click Connect Wallet and select your wallet:

WalletConnection Method
Tonkeeper (mobile)Scan QR code from the desktop site, or tap the deep link on mobile
Tonkeeper (extension)Click to connect via browser extension popup
MyTonWalletConnect via browser extension
Telegram WalletConnect via Telegram

All connections use TON Connect  — the standard protocol for TON dApps. Your wallet app will ask you to approve the connection. This is safe — the dApp cannot access your keys or move funds without your explicit approval.

3. Choose Your Amount

Enter how much TON you want to spend. The minting interface shows you:

  • How many CYRUS tokens you’ll receive at the current price
  • The current price per CYRUS token
  • The price after your purchase (how much the curve moves)
  • Minimum tokens received — slippage protection so you don’t get fewer tokens than expected

4. Confirm the Transaction

Review the details and tap Confirm in your wallet app. The transaction will:

  1. Send your TON to the bonding curve smart contract
  2. The contract calculates how many CYRUS tokens you receive
  3. CYRUS Jetton tokens are minted and sent directly to your wallet
  4. The TON payment is forwarded to the DAO treasury

No claiming needed — CYRUS tokens appear in your wallet within seconds of the transaction confirming.

5. Verify Your Tokens

After the transaction confirms (~5 seconds on TON):

  1. Open your wallet app
  2. You should see CYRUS in your token list under your TON balance
  3. If CYRUS doesn’t appear automatically, add it manually:
    • In Tonkeeper: tap + next to your token list → search for “CYRUS” or paste the Jetton contract address (published on cyrus.gold )

You can also verify on a block explorer by searching your wallet address on tonviewer.com .

Paying with USDT

The bonding curve also accepts USDT (the Tether stablecoin on TON). If you prefer dollar-denominated purchases:

  1. Make sure you have USDT on the TON network in your wallet
  2. Select USDT as your payment token in the minting interface
  3. The same bonding curve math applies — you just pay in USDT instead of TON

USDT on TON is a Jetton token. Make sure your USDT is on the TON network, not Ethereum (ERC-20) or Tron (TRC-20).

Understanding Slippage

If many people are buying simultaneously, the price moves between when you submit your transaction and when it executes. The minting interface includes a minimum tokens parameter that protects you:

  • If the price moves too much, your transaction is automatically reverted
  • Your TON is refunded (minus a small gas fee)
  • You can try again with updated pricing

Default slippage tolerance is 1%. You can adjust this in the settings if needed.

FAQ

Can I buy with a credit card?

Not directly through the bonding curve. You first need to buy TON with your card (via Tonkeeper or an exchange), then use that TON to mint CYRUS.

Is there a sale deadline?

The sale runs until all 400M public sale tokens are sold or the deadline is reached (whichever comes first). Any unsold tokens are swept to the DAO treasury.

What happens if the sale doesn’t sell out?

Unsold tokens go to the DAO treasury, increasing the community-controlled pool. The tokens that were sold still function normally.

Can I see the smart contract code?

Yes. All CYRUS contracts are open-source and verified. Contract addresses and source code links are published on cyrus.gold .

I sent TON but didn’t receive CYRUS — what do I do?

  1. Wait 1–2 minutes — TON is fast but not instant
  2. Check your transaction on tonviewer.com  using your wallet address
  3. If the transaction shows as successful but CYRUS isn’t visible, try adding the Jetton manually in your wallet
  4. If the transaction failed, your TON was refunded automatically
  5. If you’re still stuck, ask in the Telegram community
